The monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least twenty four hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel any time in your Apple subscription settings. Where can I get WanderMap?
WanderMap is available now on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, with a companion app for Apple Watch. Download it, then start a seven day free trial on the monthly or yearly plan, or buy lifetime access once.
Is my travel data private?
Yes. Your map, trips, notes and photos are stored on your device and included in your normal device backups. You never need an account, and WanderMap has no advertising or third party tracking.
How does the free trial work?
The monthly and yearly plans start with a seven day free trial. You are only charged if you keep the subscription past the trial, and you can cancel any time before it renews in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Can I import the trips I have already taken?
Yes. If you choose to, WanderMap reads the location metadata saved in your photos and suggests the countries you have visited, so your map fills in quickly. Detection runs entirely on your device and nothing is uploaded.
Can I back up or move my data?
Yes. Settings, then Data, then Export Data creates a JSON backup file you can keep anywhere. Import Backup merges that file back in on the same or a new device.
Which devices are supported?
WanderMap runs on iPhone and iPad. It comes with Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a Live Activity for the trip you are on, Siri and Shortcuts support, and an Apple Watch app.
