WanderMap ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

WanderMap is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services:
- Travel Data: Countries and states you mark as visited, visit dates, photos, and notes you add. This data is stored locally on your device.
- iCloud Data: If you enable iCloud sync, your travel data is synced through Apple's iCloud service using your Apple ID.
- Purchase Information: Subscription status is managed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit.
How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored in the following ways:
- Local Storage: All your travel data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure data storage.
- iCloud: If enabled, data syncs through Apple's iCloud service. This is optional and user-controlled.
- No Server Storage: We do not operate servers that store your personal data. All data remains on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
Third-Party Services
WanderMap uses the following third-party services:
- Apple iCloud: For optional cross-device sync (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)
- Apple StoreKit: For subscription management (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

WanderMap does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages as it does not collect personal data beyond what the user explicitly enters.
